The 807 Lab Sweet ESP is a single-dose espresso grinder developed for home enthusiasts and cafes seeking to add this legendary 80mm burr platform to the espresso bar. Substituted for the Lab Sweet’s standard 1.1lb hopper, folding platform and large steel grounds catch is an ultra low-profile plate-style single-dose hopper with a bellows and magnetic lid, and an adjustable spring-loaded portafilter fork. Machined from heavy duty acetal plastic, the single dose hopper includes a seal gasket on the underside which directs airflow from the bellows straight through the chute, helping to mitigate grounds retention and reducing output variance to only +/- 0.3g. The innovative aluminum and steel spring-loaded portafilter fork is adjustable in height and width, accommodating a huge variety of portafilters and portafilter funnels for a clean and streamlined espresso experience.
